As we release this podcast it is early July. It's that time of year when everyone seems to be having a break. For the first time in 4 years Pete our host is taking a 2 week break from the stresses and strains of running Flagship Partners.
It is tough as a company director and in a regulated industry where you are expected to have continuous and effective control of a fleet as a transport manager to take time off and actually switch off.
