It was a pleasure to interview Lorry Driver Luke Vernon, he is a social media star, referring to himself on Linked In as; 'Writer/Blogger/Vlogger/Photographer/Trainer/Occasional Driver of Coaches & Trucks/Social Media Whore & Open To Offers' and then on his YouTube channel intros himself; 'Howdy doodle, my name is Luke & my consigliere is Bertie. I'm an infamous weirdo gay trucker videoing my travels round Europe and spouting complete nonsense.'
Luke shares hard hitting insights from his near fatal crash and experience with getting his license reinstated from the DVLA.
His Half Dozen Things are;
1) His driving career runs in the family
2) It’s solitary nature. He loves being alone and is happiest alone
3) Travel. The fact he's seen an enormous amount and been to more places that most people could fit into ten lifetimes.
4) Able to chop and change jobs easily
5) Spending your days immersed in the radio, music or audiobooks
6) Time to think.
