Mark started an IT support Company called Shield Technologies in 2002. It soon became apparent that the language and connection between most IT companies and their customers were non-existent and he wanted to change that. Mark grew the company and along the way was highly recommended for the customer service levels provided in an industry known for not being able to communicate with its customers. Marks passions grew into developing the right culture to provide excellent customer services.
Mark later merged the company with the newly formed GreenCity Solutions, providing not only IT but telecoms products and services. GreenCity Solutions grew quickly through acquisition to over 40 team members. GreenCity Solutions was sold in December 2018.
Marks A Half Dozen Things are:
1 - Values & Culture
2 - Processes & systems
3 - Growing your sales
4 - Marketing literature that sells
